Very frustrating only having telephone consultations. Not always suitable and causing further delay to diagnosis. Also I suffer hearing loss and now cannot communicate well by telephone. On line is no easier . It takes ages to complete the forms. Also as I get older it will become become more difficult to use the computer ie dexterity, poor vision and probably confusion!
This surgery had become very poor. Can’t get app for 10 days to speak with a dr

Receptionist are cold and rude. No compassion was told to call 111 or got to A & E

I have given up trying to contact the doctors I have been asked to do a blood pressure test at home but didnt have one so had to borrow one which I have done and then you suggest to contact reception for the results and it is impossible to do so, so I tried online as the other suggestion and found that completely unusable, someone is trying to help me.
It has always been a pleasure to deal with everybody at your surgery. My husband switched from another local clinic several months ago, and he can not believe how much better everything is about Grove House....staff, facilities, attitude. We are both very happy to be under your expert care.
